Dimex does not accept for delivery items, materials, or their parts, the transportation of which is prohibited by the legislation of the Russian Federation on transportation, including:
- foreign currency and coins,
- live or dead animals and plants,
- parts of the human body or remains (in the form of ashes),
- firearms, pneumatic, gas, cold weapons and their parts,
- fireworks, signal flares, and projectiles,
- narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances,
- potent, radioactive, explosive, poisonous, combustible, flammable, and other dangerous substances,
- explosive fuel under pressure,
- toxic, corrosive, perishable products, and materials,
- products with an unpleasant odor.
Dangerous goods requiring special transportation conditions
1.Explosive materials
- Explosive and fire-technical materials and products with the danger of explosion in large mass, in this case, the explosion immediately absorbs the cargo completely,TNT, TAN, nitroglycerin, ammonal, granitol
- Explosive and pyrotechnic materials that do not propagate through the mass during detonation hand grenades, rockets, shells, ammunition, detonating bags, detonators, explosive detonators, aerial bombs, torpedoes, projectiles
- Explosive and pyrotechnic materials and products with weak detonation action or none, with the danger of ignition, for example: gunpowder, powder accelerators, solid-fueled rockets, fireworks, pyrotechnic components, fire rope.
2.Gases
- Flammable gases
gas lighters, gases refilled in cylinders or Duar containers, hydrogen, propane, butane, lacquers and deodorants in aerosol packaging
- Non-flammable, non-toxic gases
Compressed or frozen gases in cylinders or Duar vessels: air, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, oxygen, toxic gases.
3.Flammable liquids
For example: gasoline, kerosene, solvents, acetone, dichloroethane, lacquers, oil paints, primers, printing inks, printer inks, alcohol-based beverage flavorings, tinctures, sealants, essential oils, adhesives, cosmetic lotions based on organic solvents, eau de cologne, perfumes, cosmetics, nail polish, pine oil
4.Flammable materials and objects
- Flammable substances that can cause a chemical reaction by themselves and similar substances, as well as desensitized explosives.
- Any metallic powders, aluminum with powder coating, enclosed, magnesium, matches, “Bengal lights”
- Substances capable of self-ignition
white or yellow phosphorus, napalm, fishmeal, coal, activated carbon, cotton
- Materials that release flammable gases when in contact with water.
For example, calcium, sodium carbide, open aluminum powder.
5.Oxidizing substances and organic peroxides
- Ammonium nitrate fertilizers, ammonium nitrate, potassium nitrate, bleaches, hydrogen peroxide
- Organic hydrogen
For example, tributyl hydroelectric power stations, components of white matter, some hardeners
6.Toxic and infectious substances:
- Poisonous (toxic) substances
Arsenic, lead salts, copper arsenic, mercury salts, silyl acids, chlorinated water, chlorinated alkali, camphor
- Materials containing pathogenic microbes, dangerous to humans and animals
7.Radioactive materials
For example, isotopes used for diagnostics and treatment, defectoscope heads, gamma-mapping equipment.
8.Corrosive and aggressive
For example, batteries, electrolytes for battles, sulfuric, hydrochloric, acetic, and other acids, food acids, beverage concentrates, fruit essences, mercury.
9.Other dangerous substances and objects
asbestos, garlic sauce, life rafts, internal combustion engines, lawnmowers, small tractors, motorcycles, motor scooters, boat engines, nowmobiles, jet skis, cars, food additives, extracts, lithium batteries, polymer granules, carbon dioxide dry (dry ice), magnetized material, pop sound equipment, acoustic speakers, objects and materials with a sharp smell
Dimensions and weight of the cargo being shipped
According to the basic DIMEX tariff, the weight of a single shipment cannot exceed 31.5 kg. The dimensions of one item must not exceed 75x55x50 cm. In case of changes to these parameters, the delivery time will be agreed upon additionally.
Small cargo is a cargo that meets at least one of the following conditions:
- one cargo space exceeds 50 kg,
- the maximum size of one place exceeding one of the dimensions by 150 cm,
- the largest sum of the given length and circumference exceeds 300 cm,
- the sum of length, width, and height exceeds 300 cm.
The total size of all cargo spaces does not affect the concept of “small size.”
