How to order on your own
To organize the delivery process, follow these simple steps:

Get an address: Register on the “Dimex” website, and we will provide you with the address of our warehouse in China.

Make a purchase: When placing an order in the store, fill in the provided Chinese address in the “delivery address” field, and be sure to add the “Dimex” note next to your name.

Register the parcel: Once the store sends the item to our warehouse and provides a tracking code, immediately enter this code in your Dimex personal account.
Important: Pre-registration of the parcel in the system is a mandatory condition. Without it, delivery to Armenia will not be carried out.

Delivery time: 18–23 business days.

Standard rate: 3500 AMD per 1 kg.

Minimum weight: 100 grams (the minimum fee will be 350 AMD).
How is the chargeable weight determined?
The delivery cost is calculated at the rate of 3500 AMD/kg, based on the greater of the parcel’s physical and volumetric weights.
Volumetric weight calculation formula:

In centimeters: (Length × Width × Height) / 6000

In inches: (Length × Width × Height) / 366
Example: The volumetric weight of a 50 × 40 × 30 cm box will be: (50 × 40 × 30) / 6000 = 10 kg.

Tip: To avoid additional charges and accurately forecast the cost, check the volumetric weight of the freight before sending.
Additional: “Buy for me” service
This service is created for customers who find it difficult to make purchases on Chinese online stores on their own.
How it works: You simply choose the product, send us the link and necessary specifications (color, size, etc.). We take over the entire process of purchasing, processing, and delivery to Armenia.
