Introduction<\/h2>\n<p>This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which DIMEX processes requests related to shipment returns, service cancellations, refunds, damaged shipments, lost shipments, and customer claims.<\/p>\n<p>DIMEX is an international shipping and package forwarding company. We provide logistics services only and are <strong>not<\/strong> the seller, manufacturer, distributor, or retailer of the products purchased by our customers.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, product returns are governed primarily by the policies of the merchant or seller from whom the goods were purchased.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>2. Scope of This Policy<\/h2>\n<p>This Policy applies only to services provided by DIMEX, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>International package forwarding;<\/li>\n<li>Shipping services;<\/li>\n<li>Warehouse handling;<\/li>\n<li>Package processing;<\/li>\n<li>Shipment consolidation (where available);<\/li>\n<li>Additional logistics services offered by DIMEX.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This Policy does not govern warranty claims, defective products, or disputes between customers and merchants.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>3. Service Cancellation<\/h2>\n<p>Customers may request cancellation of a shipping service before shipment processing has begun.<\/p>\n<p>If DIMEX has already started processing, handling, packaging, customs preparation, or transportation of the shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.<\/p>\n<p>DIMEX reserves the right to deduct charges for services already performed before approving any refund.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>4. Refund Eligibility<\/h2>\n<p>Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Duplicate payment for the same service;<\/li>\n<li>Payment processed due to a technical error;<\/li>\n<li>Payment made in an incorrect amount;<\/li>\n<li>DIMEX is unable to provide the requested service due to reasons under its direct control;<\/li>\n<li>Any other case approved by DIMEX after individual review.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Approval of a refund request is at the sole discretion of DIMEX, subject to applicable law.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>5. Non-Refundable Services<\/h2>\n<p>Refunds will generally <strong>not<\/strong> be provided where:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Shipping services have already been performed;<\/li>\n<li>Shipment processing has begun;<\/li>\n<li>Warehouse handling has been completed;<\/li>\n<li>Customs documentation has already been prepared;<\/li>\n<li>Shipping charges have already been paid to carriers;<\/li>\n<li>The customer provided incorrect shipment information;<\/li>\n<li>Delivery delays were caused by customs authorities;<\/li>\n<li>Delivery delays resulted from airlines or transportation companies;<\/li>\n<li>The shipment was delayed because of weather conditions;<\/li>\n<li>The customer refused delivery;<\/li>\n<li>The merchant canceled or refused the order;<\/li>\n<li>The customer changed their mind after shipment processing had begun;<\/li>\n<li>Force majeure events prevented timely delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>6. Product Returns to the Merchant<\/h2>\n<p>DIMEX may assist customers in returning merchandise to the original seller when requested.<\/p>\n<p>However:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acceptance of returned merchandise depends entirely on the seller&#8217;s return policy.<\/li>\n<li>Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.<\/li>\n<li>Customers are responsible for complying with the merchant&#8217;s return requirements and deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>DIMEX cannot guarantee that the merchant will accept returned products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>7. Damaged Shipments<\/h2>\n<p>If a shipment arrives damaged, customers should notify DIMEX as soon as reasonably possible.<\/p>\n<p>Customers may be asked to provide:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tracking number;<\/li>\n<li>Photographs of the package;<\/li>\n<li>Photographs of damaged goods;<\/li>\n<li>Description of the damage;<\/li>\n<li>Purchase documentation;<\/li>\n<li>Any other supporting information reasonably requested.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Each case will be investigated individually.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>8. Lost Shipments<\/h2>\n<p>If a shipment appears to be lost during transportation, DIMEX will cooperate with the shipping carrier to investigate the matter.<\/p>\n<p>Customers may be required to provide relevant shipment documentation.<\/p>\n<p>If compensation becomes available under the carrier&#8217;s policies or applicable insurance coverage, DIMEX will process the claim in accordance with those procedures.<\/p>\n<p>DIMEX cannot guarantee compensation beyond the limits established by the carrier or applicable law.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>9. Claims Procedure<\/h2>\n<p>Customers wishing to submit a claim should contact DIMEX using the contact information provided below.<\/p>\n<p>Claims should include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer name;<\/li>\n<li>Contact information;<\/li>\n<li>Tracking number;<\/li>\n<li>Description of the issue;<\/li>\n<li>Supporting documents;<\/li>\n<li>Photographs where applicable;<\/li>\n<li>Proof of payment if relevant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Incomplete claims may require additional information before review.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>10. Refund Method<\/h2>\n<p>If a refund is approved, DIMEX will generally process the refund using the same payment method used for the original transaction whenever possible.<\/p>\n<p>Processing times may vary depending on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ameriabank;<\/li>\n<li>Card issuing banks;<\/li>\n<li>International payment networks;<\/li>\n<li>Banking holidays;<\/li>\n<li>Internal banking procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>DIMEX is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions after the refund has been initiated.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>12. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n<p>DIMEX&#8217;s responsibility is limited to the logistics services it provides.<\/p>\n<p>DIMEX shall not be liable for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Product quality;<\/li>\n<li>Manufacturing defects;<\/li>\n<li>Merchant warranty obligations;<\/li>\n<li>Incorrect products shipped by merchants;<\/li>\n<li>Customer purchasing decisions;<\/li>\n<li>Seller refusal to accept returns;<\/li>\n<li>Customs duties or taxes;<\/li>\n<li>Government actions;<\/li>\n<li>Delays caused by third-party carriers;<\/li>\n<li>Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>13. Force Majeure<\/h2>\n<p>DIMEX shall not be responsible for delays, suspension of services, or failure to perform obligations resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Natural disasters;<\/li>\n<li>War or armed conflict;<\/li>\n<li>Terrorist activities;<\/li>\n<li>Epidemics or pandemics;<\/li>\n<li>Government restrictions;<\/li>\n<li>Customs inspections;<\/li>\n<li>Airline disruptions;<\/li>\n<li>Labor strikes;<\/li>\n<li>Technical failures;<\/li>\n<li>Power outages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>14.
