By accessing or using the website or any services provided by DIMEX, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you should not use our services.

3. Description of Services
DIMEX offers international logistics and package forwarding services, including but not limited to:
- Receiving packages from international online stores and suppliers;
- International freight and shipping;
- Package registration and processing;
- Warehouse handling and temporary storage;
- Package forwarding from multiple countries;
- Shipment tracking and customer notifications;
- Consolidation services (where available);
- Collection of shipping and related service fees.
DIMEX acts solely as a logistics service provider and is not the seller, manufacturer, importer, or distributor of the goods purchased by customers.
4. Customer Registration
Certain services require customers to create an account on the DIMEX website.
Customers agree to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration and to update such information whenever necessary.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and are liable for all activities performed through their accounts.
DIMEX shall not be responsible for unauthorized access resulting from the customer’s failure to protect their login credentials.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate personal and shipping information;
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
- Pay all applicable shipping and service fees;
- Declare shipment contents truthfully;
- Ensure that shipped goods comply with applicable customs regulations;
- Avoid using the services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
- Refrain from shipping prohibited or restricted items.
Failure to comply with these obligations may result in suspension or termination of services.
6. Prohibited Shipments
DIMEX reserves the right to refuse transportation of any shipment prohibited by the laws of Armenia, the country of origin, the destination country, international transportation regulations, or carrier policies.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
- Firearms and ammunition;
- Explosives;
- Narcotics and illegal substances;
- Hazardous chemicals;
- Radioactive materials;
- Counterfeit products;
- Illegal or stolen goods;
- Any item prohibited by applicable law.
DIMEX may refuse, delay, or report shipments when required by law or governmental authorities.
7. Pricing and Payments
Shipping fees and service charges are determined according to DIMEX’s current pricing policies.
Payments may be made through:
- Bank cards;
- Ameriabank’s secure online payment gateway;
- Bank transfers (where applicable);
- Other payment methods made available by DIMEX.
A payment is considered completed only after successful authorization and receipt of funds.
DIMEX reserves the right to modify service prices at any time. Updated pricing shall apply only to future transactions.
8. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times published on the website are provided for informational purposes only.
Delivery schedules may be affected by factors beyond DIMEX’s reasonable control, including:
- Customs inspections;
- Airline schedules;
- Weather conditions;
- National holidays;
- Government restrictions;
- Security inspections;
- Transportation delays;
- Force majeure events.
DIMEX does not guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe unless explicitly agreed in writing.
9. Customs and Import Regulations
Customers are solely responsible for complying with customs regulations applicable to their shipments.
Customers must provide complete and accurate customs declarations and supporting documentation when required.
Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and any other governmental charges remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
DIMEX shall not be liable for delays, confiscation, penalties, or additional costs resulting from inaccurate declarations or non-compliance with customs regulations.
10. Inspection of Shipments
Where permitted or required by law, DIMEX and its logistics partners reserve the right to inspect shipments to verify compliance with transportation regulations and applicable legislation.
Inspection may occur for security, customs, or operational purposes.
11. Limitation of Liability
DIMEX is responsible only for the logistics services it provides.
DIMEX shall not be liable for:
- Product defects;
- Incorrect items shipped by sellers;
- Manufacturing defects;
- Seller warranty obligations;
- Order cancellations by merchants;
- Delays caused by customs authorities or carriers;
- Indirect or consequential damages;
- Events beyond DIMEX’s reasonable control.
DIMEX’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Customers must notify DIMEX promptly if a shipment is lost or damaged.
Each claim will be reviewed individually based on the available documentation and the findings of the carrier or other involved parties.
Compensation, where applicable, shall be determined in accordance with applicable laws, carrier policies, insurance coverage (if any), and the specific circumstances of the shipment.
13. Service Suspension or Refusal
DIMEX reserves the right to refuse or suspend services if:
- False information has been provided;
- Payment obligations have not been fulfilled;
- Fraudulent activity is suspected;
- The shipment violates applicable laws or these Terms;
- Service continuation may expose DIMEX to legal or operational risks.
14. Data Security
DIMEX implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect customer information.
Online payments are processed through secure payment infrastructure provided by Ameriabank.
DIMEX does not store complete payment card numbers, CVV/CVC codes, or other confidential card authentication data.
15. Intellectual Property
All content published on www.dimex.am, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, images, trademarks, and website design, is the property of DIMEX or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission from DIMEX.
16. Force Majeure
DIMEX shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters;
- War;
- Terrorist acts;
- Government actions;
- Epidemics or pandemics;
- Labor strikes;
- Transportation disruptions;
- Technical failures;
- Utility interruptions.
Performance of obligations shall resume as soon as reasonably possible after such events cease.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute through negotiations.
If no amicable settlement is reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia.
18. Amendments
DIMEX reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time.
The latest version will be published on www.dimex.am and becomes effective upon publication unless otherwise specified.
